For Lucy, the dream of opening her own business had always been simmering beneath the surface. Born in Argentina and raised in Bali, she watched as her parents built a foundation of new skills and business together. After eight years in the hospitality industry, she took a leap of faith, bidding farewell to the familiar comforts of fine dining to embark on a new adventure in the vast and diverse world of coffee. It was a bold move, but one fuelled by her unwavering determination to carve out her own path.
